1. Why don't GMs take action against Guild Bank Ninjaing?

    I recently had a guy clear our gbank and we all reported and GMs replied they can't do anything about guild drama.
    The point is this is NINJA LOOTING, yes he was given access but he clearly MISUSED THAT. We all have proof that he got a lot of items worth a lot of gold from our bank and this is the reply? So i can go all around clearing guilds banks and no action will be taken against my account?

    I mean, we dont need the items back at all, we just wanted to see some action taken against such a player.

  2. he had full access and used it. don't want people to do that, then don't give them full access. be the same thing as giving someone access to your account and then complaining because they cleaned you out.

  3. Yeah that doesnt make any sense at all;

    when someone has master looter they have access to all your loot. When they ninja loot the items they break the trust and are banned.

    Same thing is with gbank. The player has access to it but breaks the trust, and nothing happens?
    In its own way, this IS a form of scam and is bannable! Its a complete double standard!
    Maybe this is just what i needed to quit warmane anyways.

  4. It's your responsibility to keep the guild bank safe, don't give anyone complete access and that's it. Only Officers and higher can withdraw items and that's that.
    By promoting an untrusted player yourself you just show your bad judgment and it's just your fault.

    Raid leaders are in charge of the loot, yes, if a raid leader was to say "All items reserved, I do what I want with them" that'd be equivalent of a guild bank: Guild master decides who will get what or if he/guild will keep everything.

    Then think of the master looter as the guild leader. He can reserve all the items and keep them for himself OR he can give you access to those items. Same with guild master. He can give you full access to the guild bank or he can keep all the tabs to himself (and if you need an item ask him).

    Now if the master looter says "you all have access to the items" BUT takes them all for himself or for his friends, then that is called stealing. With the guild master, it's the same, if he says for example "give me stuff and i'll grant you access or items when you need" and then when you need he refuses and tells you to leave the guild if you don't like it, then that also is stealing.

    BUT if you as a master looter say "you can take any item you wish" or as a guild master give full access to your tabs to some strangers, then it's not that person's fault for taking the item(s) because you let him do so.
