Nothing. 0 coins. I have send a message to Paymentwall support team and nothing too. What i should to do. I mean when i was completing payment, it shows a windows with text wait for a feew minits, the verefication can processing like 30 min dont close a window. Ididn close a window just clicked in a black sapce out of window and its dissapiered. What i should to do???????? its 50euros....... ****.................

It can take longer than that depending on the method you used to make the donation, and if any issue happens and the process isn't completed they send a refund later. You can contact our Support with [email protected] for them to check if the donation came through to us or what might have happened.

Not sure if they are saying the delay is on their end or at your bank, but they say you can contact your bank to hasten it by voiding the payment attempt and have access to the money faster, if I'm understanding it correctly.
Bank transactions like that aren't automatic. Banks remove the money from your account and leave it set aside during the whole process, to avoid you using twice the money you already paid, but hasn't been fully processed. As there was a problem with your transaction, it was automatically cancelled on Paymentwall's end, but from what they are saying it can take maybe days for the bank to register the transaction is void and make the money available in your account again, which they say can be hastened by contacting your bank instead of waiting.
