I am kinda lost, i see people around 5.5 gs 5.3 gs or sometimes lower, having absurd items like 277 havoc, 284 trinkets, 2-3 sanctified 277, and rest like blue or something, is this some guild boosting, donate gearing or am i missing something ?

Its either a marketplace item(where you can buy gear) or they are getting carried by the guild/friends on their alts.

If its 277 (HC) it's most likely coin shop, not many guilds would carry a fresh 80 on LK 25HC.
And since server is quite old lots of people have coins to spend, even I get weapons first when I make a new character... You'll do the same in a couple of months when you got gold more than you know what to spend it on, so you sell it.

Well, there were some guilds that could jokingly take fresh 80's to LoD runs. There are guilds that could do it but doesn't seem to be interested in the practice.
