Pandaria Help,bug on alchemy and all professions

Hello guys,first of all im sorry if its a wrong post
ok...soo im shaman on MoP server,and skilled my profession alchemy,soo i going to the npc and he give me 3 questions specialization,but i dont know just can carry only 1 specialization
and i completed the potion master and elixir master,and now im bugged my screen from professions,and cant see another professions or secondary professions
just can see the alchemy,follow the link

ok,i search and found,need to unlearn these 2 spec,but i tried on the button ''unlearn spec'' and dont work,found on wowhead a 3 npcs to unlearn,and i came for each one and dont have the ''unlearn'' on the npcs alchemy,soo now how i unlearn my spec on alchemy and unstuck my page of professions?
Really i need too much help,i cant use another professions with this bug...
Adms,mods,anyone can see the bug or anything to help me

Like I told you in reply to your PM, Forum Moderators can't do anything about in-game issues like that.
I also don't believe any Admin is going to personally look into this, unless you first ask a GM with an in-game ticket and they say an Admin is required.

i created the ticket in game,for gm and its pass 3 days and nothing,any gm not contact me or resolved the problem...
