1. Help about donation

Hey guys, i just wanted to know if i donate via Phone, 20cny(3$) will i get the queue skipping?

  2. Greetings

Mercy told in another thread, that you must donate at least 10$ to skip the queue. 3$ donation gives you the right to trade in market place, but not to skip queues.

It's the opposite. Any donation gives premium status and allows skipping queue. Selling on trade section requires donating 10 euros.

Here is an old thread about this topic:

    Greetings

After Outland was released, there were ppl with a donation below 10$ and they couldn't skip the queue. I could remember that there was a talk of a minimum donation by 10$ respectively 10 coins (to reach premium).

Maybe the system has still this limit (I never tested it)

    Regards
This applies to having access to the marketplace trade system. Not to obtaining premium rank for skipping queues.
There was a case when someone donated less than 10 euros and couldn't use trade system but he told me that he could use it after making a support ticket on website. Before that I also thought donating 10 euros was a requirement for that but I haven't seen any official information about it anywhere.

I'm confused now because there is still no official statement and contradictory answers.

  5. I am pretty sure Mercy meant that 10 euro minimum applies to trade section and not to skipping queue. I have made 1 euro donations on multiple accounts. All of them can skip queue but they can't sell on trade section. There might have been some weird rules for skipping queue when Outland launched but that's not the case on Icecrown.

Yeah that's the essential point if Mercy related her answer to the trade section or skipping queue. I saw Skullatbash's answers of 2017 and he also meant that 1x donation=premium=trading.

Does anyone know why i get the message "you are not eligible to sell characters via marketplace" when i try to put up ond the trade two of my alts?
because you need to be Donor, which means donate at least once
I suppose that Mercy related her announcement to the marketplace too as u believe

  7. hey guys

so i donated a while ago and i have 2 factor authentification active for around 4 days now but now i get the "ou are not eligible to sell via the trading system." error. I tried to sell some gold for coins

Did anyone encounter something similar? Or knows what I can do?
Any donation should give premium status. If you donated and didn't get it, send an email to [email protected].

You changed your mind really fast after 4 days, anyone0;)

  8. I already mentioned in the previous thread why the information I had before was different:

Because of the post by Mercy it seems like the minimum donation for using trade section was intended. But that still doesn't explain why the ability to sell on trade is given after making a support ticket.

The only exception to the rule is Lordaeron, which requires that you buy something on the marketplace (not trade section) in order to skip the queue on a monthly basis. Lordaeron hasn't had a population queue in a very long time, and this system does not apply to any of the other realms. If you guys are ever unsure of what I mean when I say something, it's probably best that you ask me instead of speculate.

  10. Greetings Mercy

The speculation was created not only based on what you said or which sentence you were talking about. The main problem about all the worries is this thread here:

    http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=307442

I know today that you can get premium state by donating 1$; this allows you to skip the queue and it's sometimes bugged. But then everyone and even this source says that you need premium state to trade in the marketplace. The requirement is 10$ for this action.

We have 2 "premiums", one for 1$ and another for 10$. One allows me to skip the queue, one to trade in marketplace. But note, that there exists only 1 premium state in warmane, not 2. But I need 10$ donated in addition to sell chars in marketplace...Weird.

The source must be updated, otherwise the confusion stayes alive:

    "Any donation gives premium"
"You are able to use the trade system so long as your account is of premium rank or higher."

The second sentence is wrong, because the condition is 10$ donated, not premium rank. You get premium rank after a 10$ donation anyway (it doesn't need this requirement about premium rank or higher).

Because of the post by Mercy it seems like the minimum donation for using trade section was intended. But that still doesn't explain why the ability to sell on trade is given after making a support ticket.
This is another weird point, why you can trade chars after 1$ donated and creating one ticket. Or why you can't skip queues after a 5$ donation. Either premium rank is not given or it avoids the 10$ limit;)

Btw Anyone0 and I were confused because we didn't know which quoted sentence were you talking about. About below 10$ (sentence 1) or above 10$ (sentence 2).

  11. There isn't "premium1" and premium2". Services related to trading on the marketplace is not a feature guaranteed to be provided with the premium membership. In the provided article that you linked, you'll notice that there are asterisks in the line that speak of the trading part of the marketplace. The indication further below on the page is that it is a service that can be changed or reconsidered at any time, by determination of the staff. It is not a perk of premium status that is guaranteed, nor considered part of the baseline package. Don't treat it as such and you won't have this "premium1" vs "premium2" confusion.
