If the item was purchased with coins, you have to make a support ticket on website here.

I think, Cairner meant to make a ticket in your account panel; log-in, support, create ticket. This only works, if you spent coins for the item because gms can't refund lost gear ingame expect some important items.

If you lost/deleted the item without buying it in shop, you won't get it back.
