    and you really think whining about it on the forums is going to help you in the slightest? you got a reply from a staff member, which was already beyond what they had to do. you'll get your coins eventually once they get things straightened out.

This guy doesnt understand business at all. probably a 18 year old boy who can be the hero he thinks he is. but actually isnt. making unknowledgeable comments about a system he is obviously not a part of yet. When he gets to join in on the system he will know its not al colours and rainbows. when u dont deliver a service you supplied people get dissapointed, sad, mad, angry and sometimes bad **** crazy. Nobody is on that point yet. as for me, i payed 10 euro's. in the end i couldnt care to much about the money. but i do care about the way issues are handled. We only got some messages from a mod that try's to handle this situation and keeping it somewhat defused. but the longer we dont get a normal and appropriate response, people will start to get more frustrated. all most people want is a solid response.

    Example: hey guys, we are aware of the issue. currently we are looking into it we will give you a update tomorrow arround 12 AM or whatever.

    so we dont have to press f5 constantly waiting for a reply.

    but hey, what do i know. i am just a member, not a forum veteran.

    I'm 29 actually. i've donated several times and never once had an issue. and i've been here for 7 years. long enough to know and see that when warmane does have an issue, it gets taken care of. not instantly, but it does get fixed. i've also seen plenty of whiners come and go, and they are quickly replaced. just like you guys will be if you decide to leave.

    as far as your reply it was given several hours ago. you guys not being satisfied with that reply is irrelevant.

    The 30 minute delivery that failed is exactly the service I'm talking about. And all one needs to do to understand how to deal with failure is watch tech company news. The first thing you do is admit fault, then how you're addressing the issue. None of that has happened here. Blamestorming and silence are all we're getting.

    the 30 minutes is how long it generally takes under ideal circumstances, and it depends on how you actually donate. hell i think bank transactions can take 3-5 business days(not saying you used a bank just using ti as an example). if it's been more than like 24h since you donated send an email to [email protected] as it tells you to in the premium membership faq http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=307442 and they'll sort it out when they can.

    You'd be wrong. I'm a programmer that deals with bank transactions actually. In the meantime, you seem to be ignoring the rest of the story, so here it is again.

    They had a known issue and turned off the payment tab.
    Without a resolution, they turned the payment tab back on without announcing the problem.
    Once the problem was discussed here in the forum, Warmane claimed it was the fault of Paymentwall due to an outage.
    No such outage existed.

    So in all of that, can you tell me where good service was found?
