This guy doesnt understand business at all. probably a 18 year old boy who can be the hero he thinks he is. but actually isnt. making unknowledgeable comments about a system he is obviously not a part of yet. When he gets to join in on the system he will know its not al colours and rainbows. when u dont deliver a service you supplied people get dissapointed, sad, mad, angry and sometimes bad **** crazy. Nobody is on that point yet. as for me, i payed 10 euro's. in the end i couldnt care to much about the money. but i do care about the way issues are handled. We only got some messages from a mod that try's to handle this situation and keeping it somewhat defused. but the longer we dont get a normal and appropriate response, people will start to get more frustrated. all most people want is a solid response.
Example: hey guys, we are aware of the issue. currently we are looking into it we will give you a update tomorrow arround 12 AM or whatever.
so we dont have to press f5 constantly waiting for a reply.
but hey, what do i know. i am just a member, not a forum veteran.
