Technical Missing characters while Loarderon says I have 1

Hey,

I'm sorry if this is not the right place but I need support on this matter. Your website says I had 2 characters on your servers "Soche" and "Milkpowder" that I cannot find anymore (https://screenshots.firefox.com/2cHU...ww.warmane.com). I've logged last night and it still says I have 1 char on Loarderon, but when I choose the realm, the list of characters is empty.

Is there a way I can recover my characters? Some of my coworkers started playing WOTLK on Loarderon and for the sake of old times I wanted to join them in play.

Your screenshot shows that your characters are on Icecrown not Lordaeron.

Yes, that's the funny thing. I've set the realm for the WOTLK servers and I have 0 chars on Icecrown and Blackrock, but 1 on Loarderon. But when I join Loarderon server, the list is empty. So I'm quite confused of what happened with my chars.
Also, when I search for the characters names, there is no character found on Armory for "Soche", which is usually my main character name. And the ones found for "Milkpowder" doesn't seem to be mine...

If I remember correctly, the number of characters come from local data in your computer, along with character specific configurations and the like, so that can cause it to be displayed incorrectly if that data was kept.

Tried that before creating this topic, but you can only add a ticket for Ban appeal. I don't think this is a case for that.
And this is the Support thread, so I assume here is the best place to ask for technical help instead of sending an email. Thanks thou for the suggestions.

Could be, but I'm not sure this is what happens in my case. I've just re-downloaded WOTLK like 3-4 days ago and tried to play on another server before my coworkers told me they are on Warmane. So I don't think there is any data related to Warmane on my PC. Especially since I reinstalled my windows like a month ago and didn't played on Warmane since at least 2016-2017...

However, were there any wipes/characters clean ups between 2016 and 2018? That would explain why I'm not finding any because of the down period I had. Otherwise, there is still something wonky here. :)
