The iLvl requirement for basic ICC heroics should be 180. My friend is on 182 equipped and can queue. I have 184.75 equipped average iLvl and the RDF continues to tell me I can't queue because my gear is too low. I have full ornate saronite, 138 libram, two 174 trinkets, one 174 ring, and every other piece is 200. I should be able to queue for heroics and I can't. I've tried relogging and /reload. Any ideas why or how to fix?

It might be, or did you just not average it out right?
You can always go do ICC rep farm and get the ilvl 251 ring, that should boost you enough for sure.

Did you try to queue shortly after you got above the 180 iLvl? You need to relog to queue if you got past the required iLvl during the session.
