You can try to make a support ticket on website here but I am not sure if they can help you. You can also put an item on neutral AH and buy it on opposite faction to transfer the gold but you need 2 accounts for that since you can't buy your own auction and you will lose 15% of the gold in neutral AH fee.

its not, because its impossible to send gold with heirloom to ally<->horde

That's because you did not read it correctly. It's an exploit, which is why I did not mention that method in my post.
