1. Banned due to racism

    Hello, Dear GM

I feel sorry for my recklessness before that I said something bad to GM. I'm a dedicated player on warmane and I wish you can re-consider the ban. I know it was wrong for me to speak insulting words to GM, but I still want my account back. I cannot log on characters on Icecrown either on this account. If it is possible, I want the ban to be relieved, or a shorter ban duration if the ban must happen.

Im a daily actice player who is online everyday. This is unfair, i dont think i randomly insult people if they dont start towards me.

I realy want my account back , put so much time on it , like over 10y now.

I've also made an appeal in the account panel, but there's no reply for it after several days. I appreciate your attention on this ticket.

    - Love Kere

  2. Once you've opened a ban appeal ticket under My Account -> Support you can only wait. They're lowest priority.

  3. He just said they dont respond to it.

  4. He just said they dont respond to it.
Because ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take about a week.

  5. On top of that, chances are very slim to none, if you indeed commited whatever you have been accused of.

  6. Well, its unfair. Atleast give a warning or let me tell my story. Not just randomly ban my whole account.

  7. Has insulting a GM ever been clever ?

  8. Well, its unfair. Atleast give a warning or let me tell my story. Not just randomly ban my whole account.
What story could you possibly provide. You were banned for racism, so the words you used yourself are evidence against you. You know the rules and you decided to not follow them.

Now you've been punished accordingly and try to weasel your way out of it?

  9. If anything, you're due to a Forum warning on top of your in-game ban.

"#7: No Threads Intended To Call Staff Attention -- If you really want to talk to us, send a PM to the correct department; the forums are not a platform for your drama (which includes complaining about bans). General inquiries towards the staff (What's next in development?; Threads that dictate otherwise; etc.) are the only exceptions."
