Hello as the title says,i've lost an account i had like early 2014 but like 1 year ago when i tried to log, "your acount name and password have been reseted check your email for new code" something like that, idk if it was a Warmane bug,but my question is if i lost pass and username of an account but i've got the WEBS can i get them back?My chars are all on armory you can see them,and not only that but in my wtf folder i can see the usernames but dont remember the password :(

Thats why i am asking here, but i see no one cares :( especially the staff...
the thing about email is that i dont remember which one i used here.
Anyway from my info,webs contain everything all infos, soo it should be doable, because they are backup incase something like this happens and you cant access your account

Did you sent an email to [email protected] ? because as far as i know they can revert the changes on the account email to the email with which the account was created.

Yes, since i haven't seen how the WEBS system works, i think It's better if you ask them for the email reset first because you said your characters are still on the Armory.

You won't get the WEBS recovery unless they really lost your account completely.
WEBS recovery is to be used if and only if the whole database is scrapped. Allowing WEBS recovery in any other case introduces double items, more gold or just plain sold chars to come back again which is not what anyone wants.

If you need staff's help, you need to contact them. You can do it via in-game ticket, support ticket, or email.

Then why i downloaded webs... it makes sense now to use them, what duplicate items and multiple gold and stuff? I haavent logged there like 5 months or so,maybe more, i dont care about that,i just want my account back :(
because webs and WTF file is the only way i can proove the account is mine,if i dont use them they gonna go with basic "this is not your account and leave it intact" :(

btw if i dont get the webs recovery how i am getting my account back if i cant remember my username or password, and i got sooo many emails that i cant remember which one i used here except if they show it to me so i can acces it because is so hard to remember,and thats why i got webs for such cases :(
i feel terrible that this happened to me but its not my fault,i never shared acc infos with someone it just got that crazy bug when i wanted to log once here on warmane "your account username has been changed please check your email" and after that is all history :((((((((

For now, just wait for an answer. As i said, once you send an email, they will answer you with the email, i will say something like "the email has been reseted to thiswasyourema*****@example.com" or something like that, and as grobain161 said, the WEBS are there only as a security measure in case there is a server side loss (they are sure is not going to happen again).
