Why is Need Rolling on Off Spec not Ninja Rolling?
As the title says, why is Need Rolling on Off Spec not considered Ninja Rolling. I've lost several items now to someone who's a Enhancement Shaman for example need rolling on Healing/Spell Power gear. Submit a report and after 2 days I'm told to go fly a kite. I guess I'll just have to start doing this myself so I can get the gear....? Kinda Ruins it for everyone you need to steal gear to get into raids.
Where does it say this on here? I was given a non clickable link that was about 3,000 characters long and told to read it. Obviously I didn't type all that garbage in. The only thing I can find on here suggests that they do not care about off spec needing and my few attempts at reporting ninjas has proven to be a colossal waste of time.

It doesn't talk specifically about ninjas in dungeons, but it should give you an idea of the level of evidence you need to provide. So I would say your best bet is to send a screenshot of everyone and their roles clear at the beginning, any changes made to that, the item dropping and rolls shown for it and where the item ended up eventually.
I'm with Shred on this. If I have to record a video every time I do a dungeon while I'm trying to win at Bop-It at the same time just to possibly catch a ninja looter I don't really care.
I had a screenshot showing everyone's role pretty clearly. I had the Healer logo, he had the DPS log. This last time no specific reason was given. It was a DON'T WASTE MY TIME response referring me to a post which offers me nothing that I haven't already done.
Long Live Ninja Looters?
It's like trying to report a hacker in Battlefield. EA doesn't want to hear it so they thrive.
What are the chances you'll end up grouped with the same person ever again?
what are the chances of others having to deal with the same person, you didn't take action against it, why should they. Or why should they take action against a ninja, who you'll meet as a RL/ML of a raid you joined.
I seemed to have forgotten how everybody thinks only about themselves.

It's better to say "you are selfish" and leave it at that. Which, I admit, I am.
Is this a bad attitude to have? Of course. But anyway, what's Icecrown's community like nowadays? It's definitely nothing like the old Lordaeron from 2012.
