Ashen Band of Endless Vengeance (Ring)

Hello,
I bought character via trade system. When I got it it was naked, now that I geared it a bit, I came to Icecrown to get my ashen verdict ring (yes, I'm exalted), but I can't. None of the 2 NPC's (Ormus the Penitent and Aronen) are doing anything when I talk to them. They should at least start my quest, but they don't. This means the guy I bought the char from, had the ring, and destroyed it. What can I possibly do now to recover it?

You could easily understand that by the fact that char is already exalted with "The Ashen Verdict"

Did you already open a ticket in-game?
Then do not worry, they will solve your problem
