Follow Skullatbash's advice and send them an email to [email protected]. Will take a few days, less than a week, for them to respond. When your IP is banned, support tickets are disabled.
Incidentally, something similar happened to me. My IP was banned while taking a break, twice. The first time, they claimed I accessed via a VPN, but kindly lifted the ban.
(Naturally, I had no reason to access the game via a VPN to start with, as my IP, before the ban, was in perfectly good standing, and within the EU area. Don't quite understand why these bans are issued, and why some occur while taking breaks and not logging into the game, since I am no expert on such technicalities, sorry.)
Also, be nice, even if it's not your fault and your account wasn't hacked. The staff is pretty reasonable and nice, although they tend to believe it's our fault and not some security glitch in their logs or auditing system, which, obviously, can't be perfect.
