Dude (but more likely kid), there is EVERYTHING wrong with your logic, from A to Z.
With outside trade it is not matter, how successful it was. Only thing that's matter is fact of this trade.
There is one fine phrase in my native language (i'm translating it to you): greedy person pays twice as much.
It means, that your greed to not trade on marketplace resulted both in losing items and getting ban.

Nothing wrong with my logic, I made a mistake making a request to you guys asking for help. Since you guys have your own rules/regulations, anyone crosses that line, is simply OUT OF LOGIC. I trust that guy thats why i wanted him to get punished . We made a personal deal. That was his Sin.

Blah-blah-blah. I'm commoner, player of server. Made several donations, traded gold on market to get item. So i'm surely can speak about you doing everything wrong, cuz it's based on my own experience with conditions equal to yours. Only differ - i didn't try to cheat server.
BTW, 24k gold is not even that much, you can get it in like 2 weeks if you want to and without stupid "all ress" raids.
And why don't tell about greed?

I think you are right, i did get greedy at that point and everyone went wrong from there.I also thought i wasnot violating server rules so thats why i made the report.

But seriously, i would like you thank you everyone who took their time to respond to my thread.

Thats what i am saying, that i got banned for trading outside the martket place which i didnot know was agaisnt the server policy. Scammer also got banned for 5 days. After 5 days, we both get our accounts back but the scammer now has 24k gold worth of items. and i lost everything.

DO YOU REALLY THINK THIS IS FAIR??? DO YOU!??

Donot you think your policy needs to change??
After all, its my hard work , i farmed for that ****, i deserved my items back or have them deleted so none can gets em.
Its like socialism for the Scammer and Communism for the victim.

It's indicated in the rules that trading outside of marketplace is bannable. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Consider items not being deleted as salt on the wound to make sure you don't do such stupid **** again. :)
