HI, i got my account banned for trading with another player outside the warmane market place. I traded him worth 24k gold items in exchange for 13 coins but once i traded all my items, he logged off and didnot gift any coins.
First, i didnot know the servers policy and rules and i sincerely apologize for what happened.
My issue is that i know that Scammed items cant be refunded but this player is smart enough to know this, so he trade it to his another alt just right before logging off and he probably going to sell those items into gold/coins and put them on BLackmarket to sell for dollars. I want to know if those Face 2 Face trades with his other charcters can be tracked so all the items that i traded can be confisicated at the same time.
There is not just one account involved in this fraud scheme and these guys are really smart.
I worked day and night to farm those items. Please i would be really thankful to you if those traded items were confisicated.

If you have sufficent evidence you can make a report by opening a ticket in game. Normally when someone gets banend for something serious, I belive all of their accounts get banned, not just the one.(don't quote me on that tho)

Yes ,i actually made the ticket with evidence and we both got banned. The problem is with items i traded is hidden somewhere on his other characters save from being banned. If this Face to Face trade can be tracked then this issue can be solved OR we just donot have the technical expertise to do this kind of operation?

I got banned for being scammed and the scammer got 5 day but he keeps my items worth 24k gold . He probably traded them with other chars then auctioned it his other character so they became untraceble. In the end hes gonna to sell them for gold in black market.
I donot think this is a fair ban.

I'd wager it's common practice to check logs to see where the items went. Many of the scammers use dummy account(s) to take the bans, while having their main account "safe" and secure.

Waiting for admin to reply about the items traded to scammer. Where they confisicated or not? I didnot eat a ban for nothing and i farmed day and night for those items.
Items Were: 2x Rageing behemogth shoulderguards , [Professor's Bloodied Smock], 10x primos , 6x titansteel bars, 1x ring of rotting snew, 1x Cryptkeepers bracers, 1x Titanium razorplate.
Its very easy to hand out a ban but very hard to justify it..

Items never get deleted. It's the same policy with ninja looting. They'll get banned but the items won't be removed.

Thats what i am saying, that i got banned for trading outside the martket place which i didnot know was agaisnt the server policy. Scammer also got banned for 5 days. After 5 days, we both get our accounts back but the scammer now has 24k gold worth of items. and i lost everything.

After all, its my hard work , i farmed for that ****, i deserved my items back or have them deleted so none can gets em.
Its like socialism for the Scammer and Communism for the victim.

What makes you think that his ban is also only 5 days? If they wanted to track down the items, they would have done it. This forum section is for players to help other players so you most likely won't get a response from a staff member here.
I think your ban is fair because you broke the rules. And you got scammed exactly because you broke the rules. It's up to the GM's to decide what will happen to the other player.

He wasn't banned for any scam. He should be banned for the same reason as you, trading by using Coin Gifting to pay for stuff. Whether he scammed you during that or not isn't of our concern: you were breaking our rules in the first place. If you go try to buy illegal drugs, get your money taken, your *** kicked, and no drugs, what do you think the police will do if you go complain to them? Recover your money, really?

First of all, you are not victim. You are suspect, you've broke "law"/rules of this server. You took your part in this crime.
Second, you've got what you deserve for trusting someone in internet. Who in right mind would trade whole summ to stranger?
Third. Did you ever donate? Cuz why else would you go to cheat server, when there are lots of gold trading on it already.
And now you want someone to get punished more than you, while pretending to be righteounes?) There is something strange with your logic.

So, the whole idea was that, this was not a scam at all.
We both got banned for trading items outside the marketplace. Problem is that trade never got completed because the other party never fulfilled its side of deal. So, how can you even call it ` Trading outside marketplace`.
Even thought i was the one that post evidence of the so called `Scam`. I never posted the items being traded , just the trade chat of our conversation.
THERE IS A DIFFRERNCE BETWEEN TRYTING TO SELL OUTSIDE THE MARKET PLACE AND ACTUALLY SELLING IT OUTSIDE WITH COMPLETE PROFF OF TRANSACTION/TRADE.

Just be glad you got only 5 days ban for your stupidity. Probably because you went full suicide bomber with your report and staff got a good laugh at your expense.
I would assume their account and all accounts that have logged from same IP were banned, all the accounts who recieved mail or bought auctions from that account were investigated. Now tell me do I have too much faith or no?

Whether you "just" tried or succeeded at breaking our rules is irrelevant. You wanted to, you took steps to do it, you attempted to and you actually handed over your side of it. Semantics aren't going to earn you any sympathy.
