Hello, i have encountered this problem :

I cant turn in the quest, I tried deleting and re-doing the lights vengence part but no changes, I have all necesary items and it states as complete in Quest Log but i can t turn it in ... i dont want to lose Blood, so I dont want to abandon the quest and take it up again... please help....

You should not lose quest items when you abandon the quest.
