Hello I have a level 80 horde that has cold weather flying and I have a level 70 alliance which is completly broke and cant afford to pay for it again, some people say cold weather flying binds to your blizzard account and therefore all of your characters have it but I dont how can I fix that?

You can buy in dalaran Tome of Cold Weather Flight with your 80 and mail to alt as looms. NPC is on krasus landing

Put only Tome of Cold Weather Flight in the mail. It won't work if you add another item or gold. Only account bound items can be mailed to opposite faction. It also won't work if the character is on another account.
