Missing PvP Relics, Idols, Sigils, Totems

I might be mistaken, but I was pretty sure that for every pvp season you would have one of those (Relics, Idols, Sigils, Totems) just for honor and without arena rating restriction. Starting with the iLvl 200 rare and upgrading one tier per season. Costs differt between 12k and 15k honor. Right now we should be able to get a iLvl 200 epic one just for honor.
At least on Horde side (Blood Guard Zar'shi) and in Gadgetzan they are not available.

furious accessories missing too?

You can get furious relics etc in Dalaran, but those are the ones you need 1950 rating and 1150 arena points.

You are indeed mistaken. During Furious Gladiator Season, only Furious and Deadly Gladiator Relics/Totems/Idols/Librams should be available, and they are all being sold by vendors in Dalaran, Gadgetzan and Area 52 for correct price.
