Look video what I place on YouTube, before roga kill me, he destroy all our Gun and take 84% of my HP, I start video when he destroy Gun and attack me.
This is HACK or Legal ???

You could report him for exploiting if you had the full video. Sorta just looks like a bug like this.

What I'm saying is that it looks like it's a bug more than a hack since he's not using any abilities in the video, he's only auto attacking which could imply the bug that he's exploiting isn't allowing him to use abilities. If you had the full video of him destroying your vehicle and nearly killing you it could look different.

Sure looks bugged to me, could have exploited something, but could just have phased out somehow. Icecrown (zone, not server) used to be full of phasing issues.
Open up a ticket, but I wouldn't expect much out of it.

BUG !??? What BUG it can be??? He don't drop in texture, don't run from me, I even can see his GS, like in Dalaran, and after kill me, he even then don't lose this invincible mod, and can kill more player
He don't use simple attack, like you can see in video, he stun me first, then kill, so like I say, he know how it work

Not everything is a hack, some of the more malicious things in games were due to bugs. Arguing with players isn't going to get anything done, you need to report them to a GM like Thorbjorn said.
