Maybe a misunderstanding between me and Thorbjorn? I don't know. See the above link for what I mean.
I sent out an email to
[email protected], and yeah, I definitely have not received any reply for about 2 months now. I'm sure that I sent it from a certain email address, since I can see the email under my sent emails.
I did use support, that's how I submitted the two tickets (well, three with the last one which got quickly closed) I mentioned in my original post. I do not have an IP ban. I was banned indefinitely for exploting, with the message: "Your account has been terminated due to exploiting" under 'my account'.
I don't have access to the security tab, so cannot enable 2FA. I didn't think it was appropriate to ask about 2FA in a ban appeal.
