I'm facing issues with the quartermaster that is supposed to vendor me the rings for the reputation gained from ICC farms. I was told that it was a bug and that I'm supposed to make a ticket, however when I try to make a ticket the only option I have is to appeal for a ban. Any ideas?

You can open a ticket in-game and ask for a GM to fix it.

Probably missing question mark so he can't replace them or something of the sort.

I'll try opening one in-game then, see if I can get it to work. I do have a blue question mark on the NPC who's supposed to vendor me the items but if I interact with him I only get the reply "Greetings Character_Name".
