WotLK Addons don't work

I have an issue with some addons that they are just don't work at all.
some of them are shown in game but the don't really work.
I have some other addons that work fine like gear score - so I know I put them in the right folder.
I checked hundred time I download the right version, and also took the download from this forum - what makes me crazy why only for me its don't work.
THe specific addon I tried to use is PlayeBuffs but there more that don't works at all.

Is the load out of date addon option checked?

Try this, If you download for example, lets say "Atlasloot" you need to take out all the folders and add them in your addons folder, not just the 1 folder called atlasloot that contains the 5 said additional folders.

You may have an extra folder between your WoW/Interface/AddOns and addons them selves.

How it should be:
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM-Party-BC
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM-Party-WotLK
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM-BurningCrusade

How you probably have:
WoW/Interface/AddOns/DBM/DBM-Party-BC
etc.
