Pandaria PROBLEM Change the idiom of the game

Hi! I have some problems to change the language of my game. I pick spanish idiom, then I read "You need restart the client".
I restarted like 3 times, and the idiom is the same.
And I must read the contract every time I open wow, like if was the first time I play. I hink that is relationated with the idiom problem

Uncheck Read-Only property. You can do it on the whole folder.

You didn't do it properly if it doesn't work.

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

I don't know but it won't let me remove that option. I remove it and give it to apply, but when giving it properties again it is clicked again as if it were not saved. Maybe I should download some extra files?

I also faced the same problem in the beginning. But now everything is working fine.
