1. Got Lost Ring of the Squire without any stats

I was looking for this BiS twink ring for a very long time and didn't pay attention when buying it on AH... i saw that there were no stats on it only after i took it from the mailbox.

This is a 100% game bug, but support is ignoring all my tickets.

Here's a two screenshots confirming this bug (sorry for quality, it's default jpeg taked by wotlk client):

https://i.ibb.co/F54gjqZ/Wo-WScrn-Sh...620-141507.jpg - the bugged ring in my horde alt inventory.

https://i.ibb.co/m6KW7GY/Wo-WScrn-Sh...620-141519.jpg - the normal ring with stats on my 79 ally dk.

Is it possible to get the real support? Not the "meh open a ticket in the bugtracker and mby we'll consider it in a few years". All what I want - just to replace the bugged ring with normal one.

    Realm: Icecrown; Character: Orctrader.

  2. Support is not going to give you back the gold... so no, no support.

If I were you I'd just put it on the AH again.

I don't need the gold, i wanna get ring with a stats on it.

  4. GMs can't fix bugs in the game, so they can't give you a fixed ring because such thing does not (yet) exist.

The thing is, the ring is not bugged. It exist in-game with normal sufixes. So theoretically GM could help him with that.

The reason why rings like these even exist (with no stats) is because you can buy Lost Ring or Forgotten Necklace from warmane site. It doesn't show any stats on site, but ppl still buy it, thinking that once they will appear in-game they will earn one of the random sufixes. But sadly they do not and you just have spent few coins for an useless piece of junk. Warmane staff should either remove them from the store or make them get random sufixes once you buy them to avoid situations like this in the future.

  6. Oh yes, the good old days when they said "well, it's not our fault that the tooltip is wrong because we use openwow and openwow does not belong to us". Only that it did, ooops.

  7. Only that it did, ooops.
Except it didn't belong to Warmane.
By the way, people who trade coins for an item that is in fact bugged are liable to ask for a refund, which they do. I'm skeptical that someone used coins, got something bugged, didn't refund, and instead set it for sale in an Auction House at a loss.

  8. It wasn't necessarily purchased from the coin shop.

I know. That part was more in reply to Heliox than just you.
I think it's more likely someone got a glitched drop and put it on sale. Kinda dirty, but... it's not like they lied or anything,
