I've spent 70eur for purchasing a character, a rename, and a re-customization,
but then I press the 'Accept' button when I' am done customizing it says 'Could not customize character' for some reason.
Can anyone help with this issue?

You need to log in game with it first

I already did.
Everything is done, even the name changing.
Now the only thing that's left is to change the looks/gender.
When I do it in the character selection screen, and press 'Accept' when I am done it shows that message.
I've done this before, but this is the first time this shows up.

If you are using Warmanes wotlk client with WoD/Legion character models, that might cause issues since some of the hair styles or facial hair options in it don't exist in the old wotlk client.

Nope, I am using the 'old' client, since I like it oldschool.

Try changing the hairstyles and facial hair nonetheless. It should fix it. You can change it back at a barber when you're in the game.

I changed everything from gender to skin color /facial/hair etc.
SInce I did a full genderswap, and still same. :(

My guess is that it also provides an name change, even tho I don't need it, but since the name stays the same, It tries to apply the name as a new one, since the name already exists in the SQL, it throws it as an error that the name is already taken, but displays it as 'Could not customize character' because it's a re-customize screen/stage.
If any mod/gm/admin is reading this and think I am right, perhaps you could change my name for a minute to random, so when I apply my customizations my name also gets applied back. (Since re-customized also gives a free name change in it).
