I have 2 accounts and 2 separate games, one for each account.
On my one account I'm logged in as now, if I open my Spellbook(P) and mouse over a spell, it gives the name and details. If I mouse over the same spell in my toolbar it only gives the name. This is on all toons on this account.
On my other account if I mouse over a spell in my toolbar, it shows me all the info like if I moused over it in the Spellbook.
This is how I would like both accounts to be but no idea why the difference.
It's not the game client, I downloaded it recently, installed addons and made a copy of it so both are exactly the same, it seems to be something with my one account.
I also made copies of each of my game clients and logged in with the opposite accounts to verify it's not a client issue and the same, my main account only toolbar spell titles, and 2nd account toolbar spell full info.
Any thoughts?

That did it, funny one account was set enabled and the other one wasn't. I don't recall ever changing that.
It's nice having that w/o looking through the Spellbook. Sometimes it's a year between playing toons on my account and it's nice seeing details of what's on my toolbar at a glance.
