WotLK Where's my Chars?

Hello everyone, i'm an OLD player (2015-16) of Warmane, and in these days i decided to reinstall Warmane for playing with my brothers.
Today I tried to login here in the site and succesfully logged in with my old account, i know that was my account becouse i bought 20 coins, and are still here. And on history i found a staff bought on the store for 1 coins on 2016.

My chars was in Blackrock Realm.

I didn't login to the game becouse im' downloading the client, but if i search in every realm / character the list are empty, my brother instead did the login with his account and find ALL his characters listed.

My Question is, where's my chars? :(

your character should be fine but you can not see it on website because it got flagged for a rename due to inactivity.

It might be naked if you stopped played before 28-May-2016 (on that date all gear got deleted from everyone for a fresh new restart of Blackrock realm)

EDIT: i also tried to login with my brother's account, he has all his chars with his gear on... we stop playing in the same period.

Since you stopped playing in 2016, i am not sure there is a way to restore your characters, unless they have been deleted in less then 30 days prior today.

Character Restoration costs 10 Coins
- Deleted characters are stored for up to 30 days for restoration
- Characters under level 75 are not stored upon deletion and cannot be restored
- Characters are eligible for no-cost restore within a 2 day grace period after deletion
- Restoration is irreversible and not eligible for refund

i got a doubt... i bought a staff for lvl 85, maybe was not blackrock? maybe there was another realm? maybe with cataclysm?



(i bought a weapon on the store that clearly explain that i had at least a char lvl 85. xD)

ye, netlharion was x7 exp Cata realm. It got closed.

We had a few months of time to transfer those chaarcter on MoP/Wotlk realms. I guess it is too late now
