1. Vereesa' s Dexterity Cloak

    I play Horde. On February 20, 2021 I donated for Vereesa's Dexterity Cloak. Come to find out later it was the Alliance version. It didn't matter too much to me as the stats are identical to the Horde version (Sylvanas' Cunning). Today when I logged on my warrior, I see the cloak is in my mailbox and when I tried to re-equip it, it gives an error message saying "You can never use that item".

    Not sure why that would be the case if I in fact have been able to use and equip that item since the day I purchased it, which is for about a month now.

    Can someone please assist me

    Well, anyway... I'd open a refund ticket. Instead of asking for a refund, tell them about the alliance-horde version mishap, and they may help you.

    There are no "refund tickets," there are misbuy tickets, and they only show as an option while they are liable to be called a misbuy (24 hours).

    Use a general inquiry ticket and explain you didn't take action before because the item was working, but now apparently got fixed and you need the correct one for your faction.
