I think if everyone has the right to restore a character(and that's common thing everywhere), then you should provide all the details about this function in advance and do not mislead people. So disrespectful.

Whilst I agree that 10 euros for flipping a bit in a database is a ripoff, you deleted the character yourself; you should be thankful that there exists a character restoration feature to begin with.

I don't know why you call them "my" multiboxers. If you ask any player they will say that multiboxers do not belong in the game, but that's the way the staff keeps the game. My understanding is that multiboxers pay the bills.

Having said that, I find it hard to empathise with someone who threw a wobbly and deleted all of his characters and then demands to get them all back for free.

Guess you have a fair point there, regarding the mention of 7 day cooldown, if it doesn't exist. Can't speak from experience, because I don't randomly delete character(s) and aim to restore them the same day.
Warmane already offers free restoration with 2 days grace period once a week. They don't have to offer that, but they do. Beyond that, you have paid options to restore character(s), with points or coins, depending on the server you play. It's like some mistakes are forgiven, and some mistakes you have to pay for..

I really don't understand you to be honest. You delete, why in the first place, your character(s) on your own accord. Then you come here and cry about how things aren't as you expected them to be. Maybe you shouldn't just randomly delete characters in a heat of the moment, but that's just me I guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When you pick the character you deleted you will see another additional sign saying "Character is eligible for free restoration. If you don\t see it, then you are not.

Yeah, you'd better add a note about the 7 day cooldown to this line and do not mislead people.

From us. Like skulatbash said, it's there to not let people abuse the tool, so it's never going to be an issue to anyone using it properly.

You already got your answer. The system isn't meant as a safeguard from you throwing a fit and deleting multiple characters and then changing your mind. As many have pointed out, we help people who made a minor mistake, we aren't a safety net keeping you from taking responsibility for your willing actions.
