WotLK 0.5 - 7x XP rates

Hi,

Pretty new to the server and I noticed on the char select screen that the rates are 0.5x to 7x for Frostmourne. Can someone tell me what the default rate is and how that would be changed (from or to 7x)?

as you can see here: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=433921 -> just right click on exp bar (in case you use addons which edit the UI you may need to disable it for a moment)

Default exp rate is:
x7 for Icecrown, Frostmourne and Frostwolf (but on MoP realm this feature is NOT implemented)
x1 for Lordaeron
