My friend told me his chars got deleted for no reason and told me to check mine and they were deleted too apparantly lots of people have the same issue ?
EDIT: i have a mage and a dk and druid , the druid and dk got deleted the mage is still there

Did you check only on the website or in-game aswell? They could've been flagged for a rename.
Which realm did you play on?

I don't have the game installed i checked on the site i'm on icecrown

They were probably tagged for a rename and that's why you don't see them.
