Technical Cant summon totems

Just got a sham from trading coins and I have an "all use" totem, but it still wont let me summon totems. Is there any way I can fix this? I put in a ticket but haven't heard anything at all back yet.

Final edit: Turns out, the totem I had isn't scripted right or something. So for future reference if anybody has this issue, don't get the Hateful Gladiator's Totem of the Third Wind. That's the totem I had. Getting another random crap totem worked.

You need totem relic to be able to use totems. Buy it for emblems or in Grizzly hills for Venture coins

Cant summon them separately or as a set of 4 with that totemic call?

Cant summon them separately and as a set. Just says im missing the totem, which I tried putting it in my relics spot and putting it in inventory. Ive relogged swapped it to bank and put it back. Also checked just incase the guy that had this character before to see if he didnt do the quests, but they arent available. Not sure what else to do.

"Requires Earth Totem" and what not. When I try to summon the set, it just says that but all four messages at once.

Make ingame ticket to gm, reporting problem. Or, you can run to your shamans starting zone and see if totem quests are not done.

As ive said, ive already done both. Just seeing if anybody else has another solution as ive been waiting a long time on this ticket and totems are fairly important for a shaman.

I think fastest way will be just to get another totem and keep it in inventory.

That was so stupid, but that worked. Idk why I didnt just get another one, I just figured the one I had was a pretty decent one and should work. Idk why the specific one I have doesnt work for some reason.

From what I can gather hateful totems never existed in the game and they are not marked as totems in the database. Where did you get it from, the point store?
