WotLK bug with items

I had the item [crimson acolyte gloves] in my backpack when i recieved the item [sanctified crimson acolyte gloves] from the VOA 25 raid. For some reason the 2 items combined in my backpack and whenever i try to wear 1 of them they just swich spots in my backpack . How can i use these items ?

Well, you can try to be more specific about your case, cuz ATM it gives almost 0 information.
Second, you can start using game built-in feature "equipment manager" to avoid being delusioned by your own gear.
Third check for unique gems like "dragon's eye" or "autumn's glow" that may prevent you from using new item.

So you have empty glove slot and 2 pairs of gloves in bags, instead of jumping into your glove slot when you click them, they just swap places? Did you try to just drag them to your glove slot?

Try to put one pair in your bank.

Or go to your equipment panel, hover over glove slot, press and hold alt. Select the gloves you wish to equip.
