Are you using different addons on those 2 accounts or are they all the same?

i thinking the same,probably, the oldest addon version with the refreshed server isnt work/compatible fine.
but thats just a small possibility, because, in s 1 that didnt happened.
May not a file missing /or the new season restart deleted something?
The server retart caused something issue problem ,im for sure.

1-2 minutes after entering the game, I get the error "you have been disconnected from the server". I deleted the game and reinstalled it but I still get the same error, can you help?

surely, there was something wrong with the system.
I ask that if you know, you should check back before and / or after restarting the server. Something is missing, which causes this. This problem is not only in Russians, in virtually everyone. maybe because the re-start was too fast, something slipped into the plan?

Note: since a lot of people suspect a conflict of ip addresses, which has some rationality. Anyway, I'd like to add it quickly, it's not the problem with players' ip addresses, it's like the server and device can communicate with each other for 1 minute, but one minute after that, it's as if the two ip addresses are "separated" from each other, if I may put it that way. As far as I suspect, there may be a problem with the ip address at some level, but most of all the restart caused a problem.
I recently started learning to program, so please take a look, but is it not possible that the data that was uploaded quickly did not overload / something was not written? since there have been innovations in the pvp season, so i suspect that overwriting a file (also) can cause the problem.I would like to emphasize that all players have this problem, after 1 minute it breaks off the server, so the problem is in the server.look back the log files, didn't something happen to that there?

We did have some realm Instability just now on both Lordaeron and Frostmourne (Which is fixed). This was a seperate issue and not related to the disconnects you guys are experiencing.


To give a small update: We are currently trying to figure out whenever its a code/configuration issue or a routing issue. The info we gathered so far point towards the latter.
