Transmog item from other class

Hello folks,
As DK can i transmog an item from other class?

For example if i want to transmog my shoulders into "Lightbringer Shoulderbraces" model of the Paladin class, is there a way to do it?

I think it's a strickly paladin class item.

If you can't equip it, you can't transmog it.

If you can't equip it, you can't transmog it.

And on top of that, there's no recolor/alternative option either.
