WotLK Addon tracking your trinket procs and CD's

Hey, does anyone know the name of the addon which allows you to have your trinkets on your toolbar(like pet spells) and keeps track of it's internal CD's?

SexyCooldown addon.

Beside having its own "bar" where it display Cds, you can also put your trinket on blizzard spell bar and the ICD will be displyed on trinket's icon
