1. This is Bannable ?

Last days i make raid icc 25 but on Deathbringer Saurfang drop Toskk's Maximized Wristguards
and when we finish i give the loot when we roll Toskk's Maximized Wristguards
rogue and 1 dk rolled but i dont know good what is bis for dk and i say this is for rogue not dk and i trade item to rogue now i am banned for 1 mouth and 4 weeks why ?

  2. It's 50:50 depends of the dk but frost/blood can use it even tho rs10hc wrist may be better option it's still optional which of them you will wear. If you don't know how to properly distrubite loot then simply don't lead pug raids hoping to obtain 1-2 BoE items you see from first hand where this will lead you.

With that many variations of necks/cloaks and overall offset choices with hit/expertise you aim for items with arp so you can gem more plain strength instead of arp plus it's way better for your stats using arp wrist instead the hit/crit from gunship, 20 hit enchant on gloves, 12 hit + 12 crit on boots instead attack power and gem plain 20 strength because will benefit more from raid stat buffs along with your talents.
It's complicated and up to the dk or whatever class if he needs specific item or no and you can't decide for anyone what he may need because player X or player Z didn't at some point.
if you don't understand the expansion, classes and gearing part but still want to lead raids then don't complain - leading raids is on your own risk and the benefits doing it are obviously the BoEs which are reserved on 100% @global/pug raids.

  5. Many commenters in this thread are forgetting this is PUG raid, where MS > OS. Not BiS level min-max guild scene. PUG's aren't really a place where you roll for "upgrades" where you have to swap X, Y, Z with A, B, C and enchant them with E1, E2, E3 and gem them with G1, G2, G3. You (should) roll for direct upgrades.

There's nothing stated about "what item is better for who" in ninja rules. There can be exceptions in different cases.

    - Master Looter taking items that were not reserved or giving them to players that did not win, unless it's 2nd highest roll when winner had no use for the item (rogue rolling on caster trinket).
    - Changing looting rules during the raid, after it has started.
Example: You joined a raid that was being advertised as one with no reserved items and after first boss raid leader says that he reserves item x from last boss.

    Then other possibilities:
    a) It's possible rogue had better wrists, but rolled on Toskk's for friend, or for himself fOr mOrE aRp.
    b) It's not even this incident that got him banned.
