Howdy yall,
Just wondering what the time length of lockout is after entering an incorrect password more than once?
Was trying to log into an old account, typed 2 incorrect passwords and now when i try and log into any account i receive the error message 'can not log in at this time'. It's been over 30 minutes and I still am unable to login.

There is no lockout....You're entering the wrong password.

have you recently changed your password?
Be sure it does not have any weird symbol (it must be only "letters" and "numbers").
Also, it should not have more than 15 characters.
Once you trigger the lockout (due too many mistakes) you need to wait 30 or 60 mintues before to try again

the problem is that sometimes system doesn't recognize the password even if it's correct, then you get a lockout and you have to wait only to get disappointed again, honestly it feels like a coin toss, sometimes i can log in just fine, sometimes i can't, it seems to be fine now
