Guys, I've seen a lot of streamers back in the day have this insanely badass looking fiendish wings proc on let's say a warrior. I know this must be a modification on player's end and is not visible by others but it's rly cool nevertheless ... could you help me achieve this effect?

I saw that proc with t6 raid gear (head piece). So this is from TBC warlock gear.

Pretty sure at some point I read somewhere that it was a custom modification, like a model patch or something that you install on your end and it’s only you who sees it. You can’t transmog warrior gear into warlock gear anyways.

I just went to atlas loot and clicked on tbc end tier warlock head. Saw that it makes the demonic wings after like 30 seconds and I saw it + I'm 100% sure everyone else sees it as well because I saw other people having that effect.
Also are you sure you can't transmog? I mean I could transmog sword to a mace and such things, I also saw warrior having full ret paladin vanilla tierset as transmog,etc.

You can do like staff <> polearms <> 2h swords etc. but it's still only plate -> plate, leather -> leather, etc.
