Greetings.
I would like to know about rolling items in random dungeons (Dungeon Finder). Will I get banned for ninja looting reason if I always press the maximum available roll button?
I see ninja looting bans in the chat. I sometimes get a kick from disgruntled players who don't even try to ask for an item. And I find it abnormal that a mage can press the "I need this" button for a shield item.
It's hard for me to communicate with the players, I don't understand them. If I stand and try to understand, then I will be kicked for afk.
It hurts me that everyone uses my spraying profession in auto-roll. But they try to throw me out as soon as the role does not suit them.
I want to press the maximum available button for me and run further. And to engage in grouping loot after the dungeon.
This does not apply to assembled groups and raids (not dungeon crawlers). There is more time and the system is controlled by people.
You NEED on items that are upgrades for your class, items that you will equip. Even with that you can't roll on, for example, rogue item just because it gives your mage a little bit more cirt or whatever. You need to do a little research what kind of items your spec needs.
Use GREED for disenchanting, offspec, selling or any reason.
Do not be surprised if you get banned some time soon, since you used "maximum aviable roll" and ninjed lots of stuff. People most likely have already reported you, if I understand what you are saying.
I find your judgment a bit aggressive. I want to clear up this misunderstanding. Let me remind you that we are talking only about random dungeons (search for dungeons).
Your logic doesn't work here. If the game can't figure out that the shield item for the mage character is useless. Then it should be thrown into the bug tracker. Don't try to teach me how to look for these shields in my loot. I consider that the things that the game gives me with a high priority are mine. And it hurts me when I can't get a dragon, because my flying skill is not developed.
The game has a timer, 2 hours to transfer the item. It's wrong when people use the complain button instead of /me nik I need [link item]. In the end, people have an even better chance of getting an item if they really need it. But no one does that anymore, because they think that moderation should intervene. This contradicts the very principle of fighting ninja looting on this project. People should come to understanding on their own, without the participation of moderation.
I think solely for the purpose of a pleasant game. You want items and I want items. It is more pleasant for me to give an item to a person if I see that he needs it than to sell it. To do this, I use the "Inspect character" button and study a friend. But please do not use the ban button to get items, this is blackmail. At this moment you are still the same ninja lutings. Only the button is bigger.
" And it hurts me when I can't get a dragon, because my flying skill is not developed." - Even if you won it you wouldn't be able to ride it because requires certain flying skill.
"If the game can't figure out that the shield item for the mage character is useless." - So looks like you can't figure it out aswell to click greed when you know you can't use it.
The game has a timer, 2 hours to transfer the item. It's wrong when people use the complain button instead of /me nik I need [link item]. - Indeed there is 2 hour timer, but when people see you needing on every single item drop possible most need whores don't care about other people.
But please do not use the ban button to get items, this is blackmail. - What is blackmail? Whenever you report someone for ninjalooting even if they get banned you don't recieve the item/items that they have ninjaed.
The server has rules, following them isn't optional. If you don't follow them and someone reports you with proper evidence, you get punished. You are totally free to disagree with any or all rules, but while in our servers you will play by them.
"What is blackmail?", "It has nothing to do with his logic." - Do not pay attention to the jambs of Google translator. It's hard for me to communicate with people. I think I should not try to explain what I meant and breed flood.
Can you check at least ONE or MORE options as true:
A. Player need rolling (group loot) on items which he cannot even use.
B. In RDF needing on items for Off-Spec (unless everyone in party is explictly fine with this).
C. Need rolling for other players to have 2 or more roll chances at one item.
D. Kicking players from raid for no reason, especially before distributing loot from boss kill that they participated in.
E. Master Looter taking items that were not reserved or giving them to players that did not win, unless it's 2nd highest roll when winner had no use for the item (rogue rolling on caster trinket).
F. Changing looting rules during the raid, after it has started.
Example: You joined a raid that was being advertised as one with no reserved items and after first boss raid leader says that he reserves item x from last boss.
G. Player exploiting game bug to bypass master loot. In such cases it is best if master looter would fill report that shows player leaving the raid and empty loot window.
if you CAN NOT select at least ONE option as true for your circumstance, a Ninja-Loot did NOT happen.
A-G are Warmane POLICY.
