Since there is no e-mail to GMs , I am creating this topic. I wanted to donate today, but donation via phone is not available in our country and via card I can donate at least 10€. Is somebody else having this "issue" or I just cannot donate les?!

Options depend on your area but it seems 10 coins is the minimum.
It's not that much money - less than what a month of retail costs. Or two drinks. Could be one drink now.

I am not saying its big amount of money, it is just a principle. I want to put golds on trade, but there is a fee (3 coins of 26 coins), and not only fee but I have to have some coins on account too (5 coins) , but I cannot purchase 5 coins , because minimum is 10 coins. It is just weird , isnt it?

You don't pay the fee unless the gold sells.
Regarding the minimum, I have no idea of why it's there and why it's set at 10 euro, but let's say that's the way it is.
