WotLK Toons deleted

Hello i used to play on warmane back in 2020. I tried to log in but I cannot find any of my characters. I think I had atleast 1 level 80 character on Lordaeron. Who can help me with this?

There has been a recent inactivity cleanup. If you haven't played in years it's possible the characters have been wiped. This is easily avoided with a 1 time donation(payment) of the minimum amount. You could also try looking in the services tab to see if they might still be in limbo where they can be restored.

It doesn't seem to be the case. I don't have the option to restore anything. Is there a way to contact someone from admin/dev team to check this?

Inactivity Cleanup and Gold Squish for a healthier economy

Did you check in-game, or just armory on the site? Armory on the site won't show characters that have their names released. You'd need to visit in-game and give them a new name.
How sure are you that it's Lordaeron? Only option to see if character was deleted recently, is to check if Character Restoration is still available at https://www.warmane.com/account/services. Restoration can't be done on characters that got deleted during inactivity cleanup. CR is only for instances when a PLAYER deleted a character.

Could it have been Frostmourne? If it was, your character is gone.

@OhieMitzen What you stated seems to be correct. Toons were ingame but without names. Some of them were deleted but I assume it is because of under lvl 30 cap. Thanks for the response!
