Lordaeron My character does not appear in Lordaeron but when I select the kingdom it marks

About 10 months ago I was created by a character in the horde, a rogue troll named Rolof. Today after a while without playing I reconnected to continue playing with it and it does not appear. The only trace that remains of him is that when I select the Lordaeron kingdom, it marks me as having 1 character but he does not exist, I hope for some kind of help, thank you very much.
