I got ninja at ICC two week in a roll.
I think when they ninja, they got ban only for few days so they do not afraid to get banned.
Previously I consider to donate to support the server but right now I feel like I want to quit from this server instead if this server has alot of ninja.
You need to recalibrate your brain a little.
This is how it works:
A) You go with random strangers, you will get ninjaed. Those times you don't get ninjaed are nice and sweet surprise.
B) You go with people you trust and you can expect fair loot distribution.
Conclusion, don't blame others for your own incompetence.
ALL I SAID IS THE PUNISHMENT for NINJA IS TOO LIGHTLY!!
That why ninja rate is so high!
WE SHOULD MAKE OUR community safer.
Everyone should get safe from any raid.
It like you blames the girl that get raped cause she walks alone in the street that is what are you doing right not and that is disgusting.
BTW NOT EVERYONE HAVE TRUSTED Friend on this server.
"GMs should NOT be your shield against ninjas. Please bear in mind that this will not stop all ninjas and it's your best intent to take measures yourself and avoid suspicious raids, especially when leaders refuse to explain looting rules."
From the thread on how to report such things, and our official stance on the matter. We already go further than even retail did by have any punishment at all for this. There's no intention whatsoever to make it a permanent ban at any point.

so..what exactly makes him incompetent? being guildless? you're simply yet another punk, throwing meaningless comments left and right just to participate.
on the topic..ban lengths are not light. what makes people keep doing it is that only single account (the one they steal on/with) is being closed for the duration and most people have..a lot so nobody really care if their10th alt account will be banned for a month or two
The raid has nothing suspicious, and they explain rule on loot just BOE reserve.
You never know you will face ninja until the leader refuse to roll and leave the group. lol

Incompetence to find decent people, learn from mistakes and pushing responsibility on others to make his raiding ninja free.

Dont bother, the majority of wow's playerbase has allways been casual players who pug raids and dont play for several years, calling them all Incompetent makes you just sound like an self-righteous elitist jerk, your being baited hard.
Sticking to the subject though I think that when it comes to RAIDS and not rdf, the second of third (if with provided proof it's obvious this is a ninja) should actually be permanent because these ninjas makes multiple account with one character on each one and makes raid / ninja items (sometimes only if its actual bis gear) and logg another account and therefor shuffle around several acc/toons, we even talked about this on some discords and guilds I'm in and word is going around that they think it's worth it saving time going/leading pugs and not getting loot, you get more players if you dont reserve items, so just ninja and take the ban and get back do it again.
so in order to counter this bs I would actually suggest going so far as even perma bann for it but only if its an "obvious" ninja with proper evidence and a repeated offender.
As the rules here on the homepage states.
"Each case is individually reviewed and some exceptions to the above may be applied, given that we feel it is most appropriate to take different approach in particular case."
so maybe they even do, I just personally haven't seen one yet.

I'd never ever think this should need to be clarified, but that's referring to what's listed under "What qualifies as ninja?"
It has nothing to do with the punishment for it, which isn't listed anywhere in that page beyond the first infraction for someone to make this connection. Same thing with what's said about GMs not returning stolen items. There's no individual case review or any exception where GMs could return something, that's not going to happen.

Nice, thats good to know, a lot of players myself included wondered if the punishment length will exceed too if repeated, if there's a max limit of days etc. Thank you.

I don't have any details on how it progresses on repeats and if it has a cap or turns permanent after a certain amount, you would need a GM to answer it, if they disclose that.
If you keep taking items from raids the bans are 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and then permanent, I believe, but I have seen 120 day bans too so this is a rough idea of what's going on. I can confirm the durations do increase with repeat offenses though.
All this bans and stuff, that's just a symptom. Fact of reality is that you will get ninjaed if you go with random derps. Nothing will remove that, you can nuke those people from low orbit lazor cannon, there will still be ninjas, they are and forever will be a part of the game. And by "game" I don't mean "kill npc and get item". That's not actually "the game". Hardest obstacle is other players, by design I'll add.
So this guy plays and his idea of the game does not corralate with reality of it. Maybe that's not incompetence, call it whatever you want. And he want's someone to fix it for him. This topic is ridiculously ridiculous. Don't indulge these delusions.
People are already being banned for playing the game.
If that was true, the game wouldn't eventually have copied the much improved personal loot system from other games. There's nothing by design about it, just Blizzard taking years to copy better things from elsewhere.
