Help,
my Level 80 Human Priest on Icecrown is no longer there. What happened to him? I checked Account history and there everything is in order. Also there is nothing in Trade etc, at least nothing i could find. What happened?

When was the last you played on it? Have you ever shared account credentials? Anything at https://www.warmane.com/account/barracks ? Did you check in-game or armory? Do you have 2FA enabled?
Have you participated on giveaways of any sort, or clicked on links promising free points/coins? THESE ARE SCAMS.

If any hero was deleted, can we return it?

If it was manually deleted by someone accessing the account, characters can be recovered within 30 days for points or Coins (one for free).
If it was automatically deleted by an inactivity clean up or because of belonging to a server that closed and the transfer period ending, no, it's gone for good.

Just came back to wotlk and would like to play for my old char from frostmourne. The realm is unfortunately closed and I can not see any option how to transfer it to icecrown. Was my character deleted? Did I pass the period of transfer? Thanks for response.

If it's not on the list when you choose Frostmourne, it's from a season where transfers are already closed.

Transfers for characters from Frostmourne stayed available from one year after a season ended. If yours was from the last season it should still be available to transfer to Icecrown. If it was from seasons 1 or 2, they're unfortunately gone as the one-year for them is over.

Have there ever been any inactivity clean-ups on Icecrown for Chars at Level 80?

And is there any way to find out what happened to it? There is nothing in the account history

Only the name would've been removed, the character should be playable once you choose a name to it.
