Hi guys,
I bought a war full HM for over 500$ in the marketplace, played, took a break and when I came back it was gone. There's no trace in the history (I sold and bought several times and there's no history of any characters, just gold). I have a premium account and all my other characters are here.
Of course I opened a ticket and they told me that I never had such character... Sure. I played it in my guild, did tons of dg/icc...
Question is what is this f***ery and what can I do ?

Someone who had your login info must've deleted it.

Though its hard to accept as an answer when I payed that much money for it :/

Nothing about an account being Premium makes authentication required and lots of accounts that get stolen were Premium. It also has to be active in-game, not only on the website, for people to get stopped from logging in to the game.
I'm also a bit uncertain why you keep saying you paid $500/"that much money" for a character, when no character is sold like that, only Traded for Coins.

Well yes I paid in coin sorry can't remember how much exactly. You know that nobody makes donations to thank the website and then happens to use the coins by mistake right ? We all pay to buy things.
For the identification I thought it was mandatory. I didnt want to use it in the first place and was never able to "deactivate" it. Anyway. If somebody hacked me, why just delete a random charac ? I got 3 full epic. Why people answering my ticket say I never had that charac ? Why no trace of any characters bought/sold ?

Probably because there is none. You say you paid in Coins, but where did the Coins come from? Where are them? How come you haven't questioned that? If you have proof of donating "$500" worth of Coins, why wouldn't that be the first thing you'd bring up if a character you supposedly traded all that for is missing?

When was the last time you played? Did you check in-game, or just the armory? You did play on Icecrown right? Are you absolutely 100% sure it's the right account?

Sorry I dont get your answer. Not sure what you mean at all. Coins come from donations from my bank account, where do you think it comes from. I donated a lot 5 to 3 years ago and bought/sold several characters, bought gear, sold gold... There's no way I could tell how much exactly was for the war or for the rest...

It's really simple: what did Support say about your claim that "$500" worth of Coins are missing from your account, since you say you used those to trade for a character that isn't there, or did you not even ask about hundreds of missing Coins that, if no character is recorded as being traded for them, should be accounted for in your account's credit or history in some way?
