There is no history on your account when you buy a character, but there is one when someone sell character (on the seller account).
If you remember the original name you bought it with then you can make further complain with actual proofs, because then the character id will be accessible for the staff and can trace it if it's still around.
Why...? Did I have a stroke and am not typing in English? Coins can be tracked. We have records since a little before Warmane started, and only didn't have before that because of the theft that happened back then. If hundreds of Coins left an account to buy a character, it's recorded; no record, no trade happened. If "$500" in Coins are missing - and they have to be if they were traded for a character that isn't there, still find it bizarrely surprising that it apparently wasn't noticed or given importance - it can be tracked where they went.

Thank you for this. They actually told me I only bought a priest. The priest is actually not in my history either. But that's a charac I still have and play today. The others 2 are nowhere to be found (one I bought and sold later I remember clearly when and what I did with the coins). Maybe I made a mistake by using coins after selling the war ? I don't see other explanation. Cause the staff basically tell me those characters never existed. While I played them for months, in my guild, everybody remembers them, I used to log-out/log-in to craft stuff after raids, remember them from my charac list... You know. So this is really a mystery to me.
