1. Can't log in, account is locked and the site doesnt state the reason!

I played yesterday and everything was fine.
Today my account has been locked and I didnt received any feedback on the reason from the launcher.
Also today I have bought a internet service since I've been using my mobile as a router. I connected the internet I tried to log in many time. As noticed I can log in on my forum account and already checked for the account status, it says my account is regular in good standing.
I don't know what to do, can anybody help me? please.
    Thanks

  2. The reason should be stated here: https://www.warmane.com/account

Relog on the website should fix "Account is locked but can be unlocked" / "Bot Network" ban.
Wait few mins before trying to login in-game.

If it's either of those, but relog doesn't help after few tries, contact [email protected]

Other reasons: Help! I have been hacked/banned for no reason!

  3. Thanks for the reply
I did relog and tried many times joining the game, but nothing changed. In my account status says precisely, "in good standing", but somehow Im locked.
I messaged the email and hope somebody may help me. Is there anything else I can try?

  4. No red text appears over "MY ACCOUNT DONATE STORE"?

If the relogging on the website didn't help after few tries, all you can do is wait for a reply to your email.

  5. No, it didn't appear any red text. That's why it's strange. I guess I'll have to wait then. :(

  6. I got assisted through the email contact, they are nice and don't take much time to answer, but...
Well I got suspended now, for trying to use a vnp so I can have a fixed IP
Seems my IPS IP's got flagged and I cant access my account through the louncher

    Please someone help!

  7. Is there a reason this time?

Anyway it's time for ban appeal. Help! I have been hacked/banned for no reason!

  8. What? A reason? I'm just doing what I've been suggested to from the support team. They clearly told me to try:

Powering off your internet modem for a few minutes. This will cause you to be assigned a new IP address which may not get flagged.

Request a static IP from your ISP. This would cause your connection to have differing IPs when logging into the website, games etc.

Subscribing to and using a VPN service. This will route your connection via the providers servers before it reaches us.

Changing to a different internet provider.

    ...

I tried and somehow got suspended
Look I just want to solve this issue I have no interest in troubling anyone

Figuring each others problems we can help everyone

  9. Ok guys
The problem was solved. So I'll give you every tip I can that helped me and that might help you too.

So it seems my account was locked because the IPS I subscribed probably had a non-standard routting, which prevented me from connecting to the game.
I simply got back to my mobile network data, since playing doesn't request many packets or data.

2 things must be considered when understanding your problem.
First, if you can log into here, the forum website, and your account is in good standing without any red text showing, then you don't need to worry. Your in game account is fine and eventually you'll be able to play again.
Second, if you can log into the game from somewhere else, like another computer or place with a different ISP. Then be happy, everything is fine and you didn't lose anything.
Apparently there is a security system which terminate IPs associated to malicious activities automatically and if you try to log into the game through one, then the launcher will display the message that you've been locked (seems that is the standard prompting for connecting problems), still you might be able to access the website and don't find any red text or any changes in your account status.

As a solution to all problems like this I HIGHLY RECOMMEND joinging the game through another access point with another ISP, so you can diagnose that.

If you only have one internet service then try the same tips:

Powering off your internet modem for a few minutes. This will cause you to be assigned a new IP address which may not get flagged.
Request a static IP from your ISP.
Subscribing to and using a PAID VPN service. This will route your connection via the providers servers before it reaches us. (all the free ones have already been associated to malicious activities)

    ...

Lastly, contact the support team through the email [email protected]
They are very nice and will help you fix your problem
That's all guys, hope I can help you
    Thanks for all!
